Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Any applicable duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our coast to yours.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final
Each Pacific Chill piece is created in considered, limited quantities — and for that reason, all sales are final. We do not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
